Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
1. Email hello@luminajewelryco.com with your order number to request a return label.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
4. Drop off at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return to the original payment method.
